What's in the name?
It's a throwback to one of Mia's all-time favourite campaigns, Got Milk?
In the early '90s, dairy milk consumption in California was at an all time low. To increase sales, advertising agency Goodby Silverstein & Partners was tasked with the almost impossible: make milk cool.
And boy, they did.
This campaign was successful in boosting milk consumption but it went on to become a cultural icon. Since the 1990s, there have been many iterations of Got Milk? even until today, proving that campaigns are never-ending stories.
We unpacked the campaign in an episode of the got marketing? podcast. You can listen to that episode here.
